Every clean is $45 per hour. We keep our pricing simple and transparent, and we do not charge higher rates for move-in or move-out cleans.

  • Exterior windows above ground level
  • Moving heavy furniture or appliances

  • Anything unsafe to reach without specialized equipment

Can you clean a partly furnished home?

Yes, though results are best when the home is fully empty. Let us know what will still be inside and we will adjust the scope.

Do you handle carpet steam cleaning or repairs?

No. Carpet steam cleaning, wall repairs and paint touch-ups are outside this service. We can tell you honestly if something needs a specialist.
