How long does it take
Timing depends on the size of the empty home and its condition. Inside appliances, cabinets and closets add time compared to a furnished-home clean. We confirm a realistic estimate with your quote rather than promising an exact duration.

When in the move should the cleaning happen?
After your belongings are out and before the walkthrough or new occupants arrive. For move-ins, ideally before your furniture is delivered.
Does this cover what a landlord expects at the end of a lease?

Can you clean a partly furnished home?
Yes, though results are best when the home is fully empty. Let us know what will still be inside and we will adjust the scope.
Do you handle carpet steam cleaning or repairs?
No. Carpet steam cleaning, wall repairs and paint touch-ups are outside this service. We can tell you honestly if something needs a specialist.
