Booking and quotes

  • How do I get a quote?

Fill in the quote form with your home size, the type of cleaning you need and where you are located. You can also call or text 604 551-7131 and we will walk through it with you.

  • How are quotes determined?

Residential cleaning is $45 per hour, with supplies included and no higher move-in or move-out hourly rate. The total depends on the time the clean takes. We estimate the labour from your home's size, condition and requested scope, then confirm the expected hours and total before booking.

  • Is the quote really free and no-obligation?

Yes. You receive a clear price and you are free to say no. Nothing is booked until you confirm.

  • How far in advance should I book?

Book as early as possible, especially for move-out cleaning or a date-sensitive visit. Availability varies; we confirm your date before booking and cannot promise a fixed lead time or same-day availability.

Preparing for a cleaning

  • How should I prepare for a cleaning visit?

You do not need to clean first. Clearing personal clutter from surfaces and floors helps your cleaning time go further. Secure valuables, fragile items and pets as appropriate, and tell us about anything off-limits.

  • Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

You do not need to be home if secure access is arranged in advance, such as a key, code, lockbox or concierge. Access information is used only to provide your booked service. Tell us if instructions change.

  • Do you move furniture?

We may move light, easily movable items when it is safe. We do not move heavy furniture, appliances or anything that could risk injury or damage to your property.

  • What about valuables and fragile items?

Identify fragile, sentimental or special-care items before the visit. Please secure valuables and anything you would prefer us not to touch. We do not handle items that appear unsafe or unusually fragile without your direction.

Cleaning products and equipment

  • Do you bring cleaning supplies and equipment?

We provide standard cleaning products, cloths, a mop and the normal supplies and equipment needed for your booked clean. Supplies are included; you do not need to provide standard cleaning products.

  • Do I need to provide a vacuum?

Cleaners bring a vacuum unless otherwise arranged. If you prefer your own vacuum or equipment, request this when booking.

  • Can I request specific products?

You may request specific products or provide your own preferred product. Tell us when booking so we can discuss suitable arrangements for your surfaces and cleaning list.

  • Are your products safe for children and pets?

Tell us about sensitivities, allergies, pets, children and any surface-specific requirements when booking so we can discuss appropriate arrangements.

Pets and access

  • What should I do with my pets?

Tell us about your pets and any instructions before the visit. Secure pets if they may interfere with cleaning or access, including at entrances.

  • How do you get in if I am not home?

You do not need to be home. Arrange secure access with us in advance, such as a key, code, lockbox or concierge, and we will use it only to provide your booked service.

  • My building has a concierge or elevator booking. Can you handle that?

Yes, that is routine in Metro Vancouver towers. Send your building's instructions with your booking.

Recurring service

  • How does recurring cleaning work?

You choose weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, we hold a regular day and time, and the same checklist is followed each visit. Extras can be added to any single visit.

  • Do I need a deep clean before starting recurring service?

It is recommended, not required. A deep clean first catches up the detail work so recurring visits can maintain the home properly.

Deep cleaning

  • What is the difference between standard and deep cleaning?

Standard cleaning is upkeep for an already reasonably clean home. Deep cleaning adds the detail work that builds up over time: baseboards, grout, cabinet fronts and accessible areas behind appliances without moving them. Most first visits start as a deep clean.

  • Can you clean inside appliances?

Inside the oven and inside the fridge are available as add-ons on standard and deep cleans, and are included in move-in and move-out cleans.

  • How long will a deep clean take?

Longer than a standard visit, and it depends on the size and condition of your home. We give a realistic estimate with your quote rather than promising an exact duration.

Move-in and move-out cleaning

  • What is included in a move-out clean?

Everything in a deep clean, plus inside cabinets, closets, drawers and appliances as part of the base scope, in an empty or nearly empty home.

  • When should the cleaning happen in my move?

After your belongings are out and before the walkthrough or new occupants arrive. For move-ins, ideally before furniture is delivered.

  • Will it satisfy my landlord or property manager?

The checklist is built for residential tenancy handovers, but expectations vary. Share any written requirements so we can confirm the cleaning scope. Inspection outcomes and deposit returns are not guaranteed.

Cancellations and rescheduling

  • What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Please call, text or email as early as possible to cancel or reschedule. With at least 24 hours' notice, you can change or cancel at no charge. With less notice, or if we cannot access your home, we may charge for the first two hours of the booked time. We confirm any applicable charge with you before it applies. A new date depends on availability.

  • What if you need to reschedule?

If illness, weather or an emergency affects your visit, we contact you as early as possible to discuss rescheduling, subject to availability.

Payments

  • What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept cash or e-transfer. There is nothing to pay up front; we confirm the expected hours and total before booking.

  • When is payment due?

We accept cash or e-transfer, due when the clean is finished. We confirm the expected hours and total before booking and discuss any change in scope or expected time with you before continuing.

Satisfaction concerns

  • What happens if something is missed?

Point out anything that did not meet your expectations by phone, text or email as soon as you notice it. We will review what happened with you and work toward a reasonable resolution.

  • What if I am unhappy with the service overall?

If something was missed or you have a concern, contact us promptly by phone, text or email. We will review what happened and work with you toward a reasonable resolution.

Safety and insurance

  • Are you insured?

We are insured. Proof of coverage is available on request.

  • What happens if something is damaged?

If you notice damage or have a concern after a visit, contact us promptly by phone, text or email so we can review it with you and work toward a reasonable resolution.

Service areas

  • Which communities do you serve?

Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley: Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Richmond, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Delta, Surrey, White Rock, Langley, Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows.

  • Do you have a location I can visit?

No. We are a service-area business and travel to you — there is nothing to drop off and no storefront to visit.

  • My community is not listed. Can you still come?

Possibly. Text us your postal code at 604 551-7131 and we will confirm whether we can reach you.
