Terms and Conditions
These terms cover quotes, bookings, access, scope of work, cancellations and payment for cleaning arranged with us.
Quotes
A quote is an estimate based on the information you give us about your space. If the size, condition or scope is materially different when we arrive, we will speak with you before continuing and confirm any change.
Your quote states the work it covers. If some time passes before you book, contact us and we will confirm the price is still current.
Bookings and access
A booking is confirmed once you accept the quote and we agree on a date and access arrangement.
You are responsible for providing safe access to the property, whether by key, lockbox, concierge or being present. If we cannot access the property at the agreed time, we will contact you and, where possible, rebook the visit. Any charge for a missed visit is confirmed with you in writing before it applies.
Scope of work
We clean to the published checklist for the service you booked. Extras must be requested in advance so we can allow time for them.
We do not carry out pest control, mould remediation, biohazard cleaning, carpet steam cleaning, exterior window work above ground level, or any task that is unsafe to reach without specialised equipment.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Contact us as early as possible if you need to change a visit and we will find another time.
Any notice period or late-change fee that applies to your booking is set out in the quote we send you, so nothing is charged that you have not seen first.
Payment
The price is confirmed before the visit is booked, and the accepted payment methods and due date are stated in your quote. We do not add charges after a visit without speaking with you first.
Damage and concerns
If something is damaged during a visit, tell us as soon as you notice it so we can look into it.
If you are not satisfied with a visit, contact us and we will arrange to put it right. Insurance details are available on request.
Your property
Please secure valuables, fragile items and anything you would prefer we do not touch, and let us know about areas that are off-limits.
Let us know in advance about pets and where they will be during the visit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
If any part of these terms conflicts with the written quote you accepted, the quote applies to your booking.
