This is the checklist our cleaners work from. Standard tasks are covered on every visit. Deep cleaning tasks are included on a deep clean or a moving clean, and can be requested as extras on a standard visit.
Kitchen
Every visit
- Counters and backsplash wiped
- Sink and taps cleaned
- Stovetop and outside of appliances wiped
- Microwave interior wiped
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
- Bin emptied and relined
Deep clean adds
- Cabinet fronts and handles degreased
- Tile and grout scrubbed
- Behind and under movable appliances
- Inside oven and fridge on request
Bathrooms
Every visit
- Toilet cleaned inside and out
- Tub or shower and tiles cleaned
- Sink, counter and taps cleaned
- Mirrors and glass polished
- Floors washed
- Bin emptied
Deep clean adds
- Grout scrubbed and soap scum removed
- Shower door tracks detailed
- Vent covers wiped
- Behind the toilet base detailed
Bedrooms
Every visit
- Surfaces and reachable ledges dusted
- Beds made or linens changed if left out
- Mirrors wiped
- Floors vacuumed, hard floors mopped
- Under-bed floors reached where accessible
Deep clean adds
- Baseboards and door frames wiped by hand
- Closet shelving wiped when empty
- Light switch plates and handles cleaned
Living and common areas
Every visit
- Dusting of shelves, tables and electronics exteriors
- Cushions straightened and under them vacuumed
- Glass tabletops polished
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
- Entryway tidied
Deep clean adds
- Baseboards and trim wiped
- Window sills and tracks cleaned
- Interior windows on request
- Vents and fan blades dusted where reachable

Extras take extra time, so tell us which ones you want when you request a quote and we will include them in the price rather than adding anything afterwards.
Work we do not take on
- Pest control, mould remediation or biohazard cleaning
- Exterior windows above ground level
- Moving heavy furniture or appliances
- Carpet steam cleaning
- Anything unsafe to reach without specialised equipment
