Our move-out checklist covers the areas landlords and property managers usually check at a handover walkthrough, to give you the best chance of getting your damage deposit back. Send us any written move-out requirements and we will confirm what is covered. Inspection results and deposit returns are decided by your landlord, so we cannot guarantee them.

Move-out cleaning for Richmond homes
Moving day is often tight. Book the clean for after your belongings are out and before the walkthrough or the new occupants arrive, and we will plan around your key date.
Buyers and sellers around a completion date can book too. Let us know the possession date so we can schedule the clean in time.
$45 per hour

Is move-out cleaning more expensive than a regular clean?
No. Move-out cleaning is the same $45 per hour as every other clean. It takes longer because inside appliances, cabinets and closets are included.
Can you clean a home that is not fully empty?
Yes, though results are best when it is empty. Tell us what will still be inside and we will adjust the scope.
