Our move-out checklist covers the areas landlords and property managers usually check at a handover walkthrough, to give you the best chance of getting your damage deposit back. Send us any written move-out requirements and we will confirm what is covered. Inspection results and deposit returns are decided by your landlord, so we cannot guarantee them.

Move-out cleaning for Vancouver homes
Many Vancouver moves are out of condos and apartments where the move-out day is tied to an elevator booking. Tell us your booking window and building rules, and we will plan the clean around them.
Basement suites and rental units between tenants are common too. Landlords and property managers can book the clean directly and arrange access with a key or lockbox.
$45 per hour
Supplies are included and there is no higher rate for move-out cleaning. Three hours is $135; four hours is $180. We confirm the expected hours and total before booking. See how pricing works.

Can you clean on the same day as my elevator booking?
Often, yes, if availability allows. Book as early as possible and send your building's move rules so we can plan arrival and parking.
Do you clean basement suites between tenants?
