Hi, I’m Laura, founder of The Clean Freak
I started The Clean Freak because I saw a need for cleaning services that were just as focused on the customer experience as the cleaning itself.
From your first quote to the final walkthrough, my goal is simple: make getting your home cleaned easy, clear and dependable.
Who we are
The Clean Freak is a residential cleaning company working across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley, from Vancouver through to Langley. Most weeks are a mix of regular upkeep for busy households, deep cleans, tenancy and moving cleans, short-term rental turnovers and small offices.
We travel to you, so there is no office to visit. Every clean is $40 per hour, and we confirm the estimated hours and total in writing before anything is booked.
Who we work with
Most of our work is for busy families, working professionals and seniors who would rather not spend their evenings cleaning. We also work with landlords, property managers and short-term rental hosts who need a consistent turnover between tenants and guests.

One simple rate, confirmed first
Every clean is $40 per hour, whatever the type. We estimate the hours based on your space and confirm the total before anything is booked.

How a booking works, step by step

You get in touch
Send the quote form, or call or text. We ask about the size and condition of the space, the type of clean and how often you would like us.

We confirm the scope and quote
You get the price and the checklist the visit will follow, along with anything we would treat as an add-on. If something needs a closer look, we ask for photos rather than guessing.

We agree on the date and access
We confirm the date and time window and how we will get in: you let us in, a lockbox or code, a building concierge, or a key you leave with us.
- 04
We clean to the checklist
The team works through the published checklist for that service. If we find something outside the scope, we tell you before doing extra work.
- 05
We follow up
You hear from us after the visit. If anything was missed, tell us and we arrange to put it right.
Insurance, screening and policies

Insurance and coverage
The Clean Freak carries commercial general liability insurance. Proof of coverage is available upon request.
Screening and training
Everyone sent to a customer's home is briefed on the checklist for that service before they arrive.
Who will be in your home
You are told who to expect before the visit: one cleaner or a small team, and how long they are likely to be there.
Cleaners arrive with their own supplies and equipment and work only in the areas agreed in your checklist.
If something is not right
Tell us and we deal with it directly. We would rather come back and fix a missed area than leave you unhappy with the visit.
