Hi, I’m Laura, founder of The Clean Freak Cleaning Services
I started The Clean Freak Cleaning Services because I saw a need for cleaning services that were just as focused on the customer experience as the cleaning itself.
From your first quote to the final walkthrough, my goal is simple: make getting your home cleaned easy, clear and dependable.
Who we are
The Clean Freak Cleaning Services is a residential cleaning company working across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley, from Vancouver to Langley, Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows. Most weeks are a mix of regular upkeep for busy households, deep cleans, tenancy and moving cleans, short-term rental turnovers.
We travel to you, so there is no storefront to visit. Every clean is $45 per hour, and we confirm the estimated hours and total in writing before anything is booked.
Who we work with
Most of our work is for busy families, professionals and seniors who would rather not spend their evenings cleaning. We also work with landlords, property managers and short-term rental hosts who need a consistent turnover between tenants and guests.

One simple rate, confirmed first
Every clean is $45 per hour, whatever the type. We estimate the hours based on your space and confirm the total before anything is booked.

How a booking works, step by step

You get in touch
Send the quote form, or call or text. We ask about the size and condition of the space, the type of clean and how often you would like us.

We confirm the scope and quote
We confirm the expected hours, expected total and cleaning scope before booking, including any add-ons. If something needs a closer look, we ask for photos rather than guessing.

We agree on the date and access
We confirm the date and time window and how we will get in: you let us in, a lockbox or code, a building concierge, or a key you leave with us.

We clean to the checklist
The team follows the agreed cleaning scope. With a time cap, we work through priorities from highest to lowest and complete as much as reasonably possible within the booked labour time, rather than guaranteeing the entire list. We discuss any extra work before continuing.

We follow up
If something was missed or you have a concern, contact us promptly by phone, text or email. We will review what happened and work with you toward a reasonable resolution.
