Recurring cleaning is standard cleaning on a set schedule. The difference from booking one-time standard cleans is consistency: the same checklist each visit, a reserved spot in the schedule, and the freedom to adjust extras or timing as life changes. A deep clean first is often recommended.

- Exterior windows above ground level
- Moving heavy furniture or appliances

- Anything unsafe to reach without specialized equipment

How long does it take?
Recurring visits are usually quicker than a first clean because the home is being maintained rather than caught up. Time still varies with home size, condition and extras, and we confirm a realistic estimate with your quote.

- Share your priorities so we build them into your checklist
- Set up access once — key, lockbox or concierge — and we follow it each visit

Questions about recurring cleaning
Can I change my frequency later?
Yes. Switching between weekly, bi-weekly and monthly is fine — just let us know by phone, text or email.
What happens if I need to skip a visit?
Please call, text or email as early as possible to cancel or reschedule. With at least 24 hours' notice, you can change or cancel at no charge. With less notice, or if we cannot access your home, we may charge for the first two hours of the booked time. We confirm any applicable charge with you before it applies. A new date depends on availability.
Can I add an extra to just one visit?
Yes. Extras can be added to a single visit without changing the rest of your schedule.
